Use of CityBee cars
How do I unlock the van? Where can I park the van and terminate my hire period? Can I park anywhere, or are there designated places? Can I terminate my hire period in another location? What do I do if there’s nowhere to park in the area?
How are CityBee’s prices calculated? How do you charge the fees for using CityBee? How much does it cost to use CityBee? Do I have to pay for petrol when I use a CityBee van? Will I still pay for van hire if I don’t end up using it but fail to terminate the hire period? What should I do if the petrol’s running low? I run my own company. Insurance and accidents

How can I book one of your vans? How long are bookings valid for? Can I cancel my booking? If so, how much will it cost me? Where do I find the key? I run my own company. What kind of invoice will you issue?
If you want to receive an invoice for your company:
- In the app, add a payment card with company details (Menu -> My wallet -> Payment cards -> Add payment card -> mark "invoice information" and fill in the required fields). From now on, choose which card you want to pay with and receive an invoice for the properties using the company's payment card.
- If you haven't added the payment card with your company details but need the invoice with those details anyway then write us a message to email@example.com and for an additional fee of 5 EUR we will prepare a new invoice for you, indicating your company's name, address, registration number and VAT number.
- If you plan to drive with CityBee a little more often and want to pay for your employees who use our cars, we offer you to create a company account with deferred payment. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an agreement, which you will have to sign and return to us.
You can keep track of your expenses at any time by signing in to your panel on the citybee.lv website, as well as in the app in the section "My trips".
